International Conference on Geosynthetics: the details of the 12th edition
The 12th International Conference on Geosynthetics, 12 ICG, will be held at Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome, Italy, from 18 to 22 September 2022.
The event, organized by the Italian Geotechnical Society (AGI) and the Italian Chapter of IGS (AGI-IGS), arrives after the successful EuroGeo 2, which was held in Bologna in October 2000.
The conference theme will be: Geosynthetics, Leading the Way to a Resilient Planet.
Over the last two decades, the geosynthetics and geotechnical engineering community has reached full awareness and the whole geosynthetics industry has focused on the sustainable use of geosynthetics in a variety of innovative as applications.
The conference topics will address the most recent developments in geosynthetics, stimulating fruitful technical and scientific interaction among academicians, professionals, manufacturers, students.
12 ICG will provide an opportunity to present recent experience and developments to an audience of engineers, geologists and consultants, public and private contractors, local national and international authorities, and to all those involved in research and practice related to geosynthetics.
